The Role
• Provide project and program level oversight for key strategic initiatives, focusing on DevSecOps platform and automation.
• Facilitate SAFe Agile Scrum, manage projects across technical and financial logistics, and perform business management activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, security, vendor partners, and developer experience teams to translate needs into actionable artifacts.
• Champion developer productivity, self-service capabilities, and standardized "golden paths" to accelerate enterprise software delivery.
• Lead ITSM process implementation, evaluate IT risk matters, and ensure contingency procedures are maintained.
• Drive ITSM process and/or service implementation, guiding leadership in ITSM strategy development.
What You'll Need
• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field, OR a minimum of eight (8) years of IT experience.
• Minimum four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services.
• Experience in SAFe Agile Scrum facilitation and project/program management.
• Ability to translate standards, developer needs, and business objectives into key artifacts, features, and user stories.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and developer experience enhancement.
