工作职责
- 全面理解公司的ITSM SaaS产品，包括产品功能、特点及市场定位。
- 与销售团队紧密合作，为客户提供专业的产品演示、技术咨询和解决方案规划。
- 根据客户需求，制定和提供定制化的ITSM解决方案。
- 管理客户期望，确保售前过程中的服务质量和客户满意度。
- 收集市场和客户反馈，为产品迭代和优化提供数据支持。
- 参与制定售前策略和销售工具的改进，提高销售效率和成交率。
职位要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业。
- 至少3年以上的ITSM领域工作经验，有SaaS产品售前经验者优先。
- 熟悉IT服务管理最佳实践，如ITIL、COBIT等框架。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够独立处理复杂的客户咨询。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够在快节奏和多变的工作环境中有效工作。
- 具备一定的项目管理能力，能够协调内外部资源以满足客户需求。
