Mission and Team Hook Join our Corporate Affairs team and lead PMI's Illicit Trade Prevention (ITP) agenda in Israel.

In this role, you will work closely with enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, external partners and internal stakeholders to advance PMI's efforts to combat illicit trade in tobacco and smoke-free products. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, support market programs, generate insights that support decision-making and help strengthen collaboration across the broader anti-illicit trade ecosystem.

Impact You'll Own

• Lead the market's Illicit Trade Prevention planning and execution agenda.
• Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders around shared priorities and objectives.
• Improve visibility, governance and planning discipline across key initiatives.
• Support effective decision-making through performance monitoring, insights and structured recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the effectiveness and impact of market initiatives.
• Strengthen collaboration with enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to support anti-illicit trade efforts.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of Illicit Trade Prevention initiatives.
• Build integrated workplans, timelines, objectives and performance measures.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across multiple internal stakeholders and functions.
• Collaborate with enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, external partners and public stakeholders to support market initiatives.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and recommend optimization actions.
• Analyze data and KPIs to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, updates and recommendations for leadership teams and key stakeholders.
• Ensure clear visibility of priorities, timelines, risks and progress across key initiatives.
• Continuously improve ways of working, planning effectiveness and execution excellence.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, International Relations or a related field is required.
• Relevant experience working with government bodies, enforcement agencies, regulators or public-sector stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Project and program management capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data analysis and KPI management.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with AI-enabled tools.
• Fluent English and Hebrew communication - Mandatory.
• Experience engaging with regulatory bodies, enforcement agencies or public affairs stakeholders – strong advantage.
