Control Testing - Program Management
We are seeking an entry‑level Control Testing professional to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on IT General Controls (ITGC) testing, ITGC audit, ITAC testing, KCI assessments, and overall control testing within a program management framework. The successful candidate will support audit and control activities, document findings, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen control environments.

Responsibilities
- Conduct ITGC testing and audit procedures to evaluate control effectiveness.
- Perform ITAC testing and KCI assessments as part of the control testing program.
- Develop, maintain, and update control testing documentation and audit evidence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement control improvements and remedial actions.
- Prepare audit reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Assist in program management activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and risk monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, KCI, and control testing frameworks.
- Ability to perform audit and testing procedures and document findings.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Entry‑level experience (0–2 years) in IT audit, control testing, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline.
