Key Responsibilities

- Support quality improvement by providing insights to supervisors and team leaders.
- Participate in regular training sessions, coaching, and policy updates.
- Collaborate with international colleagues in a structured shift-based environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Native Italian speaker with solid English understanding.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotating 24/7 shifts.
- Able to handle sensitive content with professionalism and emotional resilience.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to maintain high performance standards.
