Job description
A results-driven Team Lead – Web Development with 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and SQL Server. Demonstrates strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, including API design, database architecture, and performance optimization. Proven track record of leading small to mid-sized development teams, managing end-to-end project execution from planning through deployment, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Adept at driving best practices across the software development life cycle (SDLC), implementing agile methodologies, conducting code reviews, and promoting clean, maintainable coding standards.
Responsibility
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC and SQL Server. • Manage and mentor the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and timely task completion. • Architect and optimize database structures, queries, and performance to ensure high system efficiency. • Oversee end-to-end project execution, including sprint planning, task allocation, and on-time. • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvements. • Conduct code reviews, manage version control (Git), and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
