About This Role
The IT Support Specialist acts as the first point of contact for e-form issues, providing quick and competent assistance to customers. This role involves documenting and classifying tickets, managing requests in the ServicePortal, and escalating tickets to other support units.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for e-form issues and provide quick and competent assistance to customers
- Document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
- Manage and administer requests in the ServicePortal (Monday-Saturday, between 7 AM - 7 PM, maximum 5 days a week and 8 hours per day)
- Skillfully forward tickets to downstream support units
- Control and monitor tickets according to Service Level Agreements
Requirements
- Customer-friendly and service-oriented work approach
- Quick comprehension and structured work approach
- Very good communication skills and a good way of expressing yourself
- Ideally, initial professional experience in the IT environment
- Very good German language skills (at least C1)
- Good English language skills (B2) in spoken and written
