We specialize in contract manufacturing, OEM, and third-party manufacturing solutions for domestic and international brands. With advanced infrastructure and a technology-driven work culture, we are expanding our team.
We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Support Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
✔ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
✔ Install and configure operating systems and applications
✔ Manage user accounts, email configuration, and access control
✔ Support ERP systems and internal business applications
✔ Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network troubleshooting
✔ Perform system updates, antivirus management, and data backups
✔ Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
✔ Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and AMC
✔ Ensure quick resolution of IT tickets with minimal downtime
Required Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
✔ Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
✔ Hardware troubleshooting and printer support experience
✔ Email setup (Outlook / Google Workspace)
✔ Knowledge of antivirus and cybersecurity basics
✔ ERP support experience preferred
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently
✔ Good coordination and teamwork skills
Educational Qualification
✔ Any Graduate
Experience Required
✔ 2 to 4 Years of experience as an IT Support Administrator, or Network Administrator
