Responsibilities
- Check application and website functionality by operating screens to identify display issues or bugs
- Perform data entry and aggregation into specified formats
- Support inquiry responses via email and chat, following templates and collaborating with internal team members
Requirements
- PC input skills
- No prior experience in the industry or role required
- No social work experience required

Important Details
- Schedule: 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours actual work, 1 hour break)
- Contract: permanent
- Working environment: remote work and side jobs are allowed (no application required for side jobs)
- Holidays: 130 days per year, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Leave system: summer vacation, winter vacation, New Year's holiday, Golden Week holiday, paid leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, congratulatory or condolence leave, special leave, family holiday leave, menstrual leave
- Overtime: almost none, strict adherence to scheduled departure times
