IT Specialist / IT Manager

About This Role

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing the company's network infrastructure, server environments, and IT security systems. You will oversee helpdesk operations, lead IT projects, and ensure stable and reliable technical services across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure
• Ensure stable and reliable network services (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
• Monitor network performance and optimize resources based on traffic needs
• Manage and configure Windows Servers and VMware/Nutanix virtual environments
• Perform routine server and backup monitoring and performance benchmarking
• Plan and execute the installation, configuration, and upgrade of server systems and software
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure the physical and digital security of the infrastructure
• Manage firewall configurations and conduct regular system audits
• Oversee the helpdesk team and ensure high-quality technical support for all internal users
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations, from conception through implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Strong technical knowledge of network hardware, including Cisco routers, switches, WLC
• Proficiency with VMware/Nutanix, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 environments
• Experience with security software and firewall management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC at least 500)
• Proven ability to manage and lead an IT infrastructure team

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
• Knowledge of ISO 27001
• Experience in manufacturing industry IT environments
