About This Role
This IT Specialist role involves managing digital platforms, optimizing systems, and providing comprehensive technology and print-related support. Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain company websites and web applications
- Ensure website functionality, security, and responsiveness across all devices
- Collaborate with content and design teams to implement new features and improve user experience
- Regularly back up, monitor, and troubleshoot website issues
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and site structure
- Monitor website performance and analyze traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Prepare SEO reports and recommend improvements to increase visibility and rankings
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Provide technical support to end-users and ensure minimal downtime
- Maintain records of issues and solutions
- Oversee daily operations of the tech and print station
- Ensure all printers, scanners, copiers, and devices are functional and well-maintained
- Manage supplies, inventory, and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed
- Ensure high-quality and timely printing and documentation services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in web development, SEO, IT support, or similar roles
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience in managing printers, scanners, and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work onsite and render support as needed
