We specialize in contract manufacturing, OEM, and third-party manufacturing solutions for domestic and international brands. With advanced infrastructure and a technology-driven work culture, we are expanding our team.
We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Server Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers
✔ Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access controls
✔ Monitor server performance, uptime, and system health
✔ Perform server patching, updates, and security hardening
✔ Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions
✔ Configure and maintain virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V preferred)
✔ Manage firewall, network security, and data protection systems
✔ Troubleshoot server-related hardware and software issues
✔ Maintain server logs, documentation, and IT asset records
✔ Support ERP systems and database servers
✔ Ensure cybersecurity compliance and endpoint protection
✔ Coordinate with IT vendors for AMC and server maintenance
Required Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration
✔ Experience with Active Directory & DNS/DHCP management
✔ Virtualization experience (VMware / Hyper-V)
✔ Server backup & disaster recovery management
✔ Knowledge of firewall and network security configuration
✔ Experience in monitoring tools and performance tuning
✔ Basic database support (SQL Server/MySQL preferred)
✔ Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
✔ Problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Good communication and coordination ability
Educational Qualification
✔ Any Graduate
Experience Required
2 to 4 Years of experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Administrator, or Network Administrator
