About This Role

This role is for an IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for US and Canada IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and networking skills, experience with various hiring models, and proficiency in recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Build long-term candidate relationships
• Use job portals, ATS, and social media platforms for recruitment

Requirements

• Proven experience in US/Canada IT staffing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with System Integrators, Prime Vendors, Direct Clients, and Public Sector (State Clients)
• Strong understanding of W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models (US)
• Strong understanding of T4 and B2B hiring models (Canada)
• Strong networking skills
• Proficiency in using job portals, ATS, and social media platforms for recruitment
• Exposure to niche skills hiring such as SAP & ERP (Functional & Technical), Blockchain & Emerging Technologies
• 1 to 5 years in US/Canada IT Staffing (IT Recruitment)
