Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews over calls and virtual meetings
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
- Handle candidate documentation and assist in the onboarding process
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees
- Create and post attractive job advertisements across various hiring platforms
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Build a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment portals
- Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
- Basic knowledge of onboarding and HR documentation
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Positive attitude with excellent coordination and organizational skills
