IT Recruiter

About This Role

This IT Recruiter role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from drafting job posts to conducting interviews and maintaining candidate relationships. It suits a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Draft job posts and promote them through all recruitment channels
• Source and attract candidates by using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Screen candidate resumes
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews with all the candidates
• Collaborate with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs
• Track candidate activity and provide communication and updates on positions and selected candidates to hiring managers
• Maintain a strong and professional relationship with the candidates
• Keep the candidate database accurate and up-to-date to facilitate efficient talent acquisition and management

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or a similar role in the Human Resources department
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite and other applicable software applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF)
• Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactivity and orientation towards solutions
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in human resources, business, communications, or similar field)
