About This Role
This IT Recruiter role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions within the IT sector. It suits a passionate, target-driven individual with strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills who can deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, SAP, and other niche IT skills, depending on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers
- Follow up on interview feedback, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily activity reports
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
- Build strong candidate pipelines and minimise offer dropouts and joining backouts
Requirements
- 1
–4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and other candidate sourcing platforms
- Good understanding of technical job descriptions and IT skill requirements
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on quality submissions and successful closures
