About This Role
This role is for a motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join the US Staffing team at Xyphramin Technologies. The core of the job involves marketing IT consultants, identifying suitable client requirements, generating interview opportunities, and coordinating the placement process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, marketing, and relationship-building skills, coupled with an understanding of the US IT staffing market.
Responsibilities
- Market and promote IT consultants on bench to potential clients and vendors
- Identify and connect with suitable clients, vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners
- Search for relevant job requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and other sources
- Match consultants' skills, experience, location, and availability with suitable requirements
- Submit consultants' resumes to relevant job opportunities after obtaining proper consent
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contract details with vendors and clients
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients
- Follow up regularly with clients, vendors, and consultants throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update consultant and client databases
- Track submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and placements
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly activity reports
- Work closely with the US Staffing and recruitment team to achieve placement targets
- Stay updated with US IT staffing trends, technologies, job requirements, and market conditions
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes
- Ability to market IT consultants effectively
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to work with multiple requirements and deadlines
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 0–3 years of experience in Bench Sales, US Staffing, IT Recruitment, or a related field
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US IT staffing may also apply
- English language proficiency
