About This Role

This IT Recruiter role at UXDLAB Software involves managing the full recruitment cycle for various technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-oriented, with experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technical and non-technical profiles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closures of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Requirements

• 1

• 2 years of relevant IT recruitment experience

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines

• Candidates residing in or near Noida Sector 62 will be preferred

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

• Working hours: 10:00 AM

• 7:00 PM

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
