IT Project Manager

About This Role

This IT Project Manager role involves ensuring the smooth operation of applications, contributing to quality initiatives, and managing project developments within the Helpdesk, logistics modules, and Bad contracts domain. The position is within a team that manages assistance and support tools for the group's entities in France and abroad, including ticketing systems, real-time activity monitoring, diagnostic tools, and customer complaint management applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning of applications under your responsibility as a strong MOE (Maîtrise d'Œuvre)
• Contribute to the quality management system (SMQ) in force within the company
• Manage and monitor evolution projects
• Animate project team members
• Write functional and technical specifications
• Participate in development, qualification, deployment, maintenance, and support
• Monitor developments
• Participate in the support and assistance of the team's applications

Requirements

• Bac+5 scientific degree
• Successful experience in project management
• Significant experience in analysis and development (minimum 3 years)
• Proven skills in managing relationships with project owners
• Adherence to standards and quality
• Ability to communicate with multiple entities and assist users
• Strong functional understanding
• Technical skills in WEB .NET, C#, Visual Studio, and SQL Server development
• English proficiency
