IT Program Senior

About This Role

Joining Lockheed Martin's digital transformation journey, this IT Program Senior role provides oversight for 1 LMX Portfolios and Products within the O&M and Optimization Team. The position involves managing product solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful deployment of 1 LMX products.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1 LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs
• Collaborate with IT service owners, functional business partners, and business stakeholders to align 1 LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business needs
• Establish and monitor milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identify and resolve program problems, including allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
• Manage risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1 LMX products

Requirements

• Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects
• Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
• Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• US Citizenship required due to system access

• Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
• Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
• Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment
• Familiarity with any Lockheed Martin Business Areas
• Familiarity with 1 LMX
• Strong relationship building with peers, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while focusing on strategic outcomes
• Passion for learning emerging technologies and leading technical teams
