IT Onsite Support

About This Role

Supporting internal users with their IT issues is the core of this role, which involves analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving IT disruptions. This position suits an engaged, flexible, and solution-oriented individual who wants to work onsite in Munich as part of a dynamic and international organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for internal users
• Analyze, prioritize, and sustainably resolve IT disruptions and service requests
• Process and maintain tickets in the ticketing system according to ITIL-oriented processes
• Set up, configure, and maintain workstations (hardware and software)
• Install, configure, and administer end devices (clients, peripherals, mobile devices)
• Install, configure, and maintain standard software and specialized applications
• Perform software rollouts, updates, and patches
• Collaborate with product management, development, and other departments
• Create reports, documentation, and knowledge base entries

Requirements

• Completed IT education or comparable qualification
• 2–3 years of professional experience in IT support, service desk, or a comparable OSS environment
• Very good knowledge in analyzing and resolving user and system problems
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Good technical and organizational understanding
• Service-oriented, friendly, and professional demeanor towards users
• Clear and effective communication of solutions to customers and colleagues
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize customer-oriented tasks
• Team player with experience collaborating in international, multicultural teams
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Candidates must provide a criminal record certificate (not older than three months)
