Responsible for supporting the daily IT operations of the resort, ensuring all IT systems, hardware, software, network, and technology services are functioning properly to support smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting to all hotel departments.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, telephones, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel network, internet connection, and related infrastructure.
  • Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, PABX, CCTV, door lock, IPTV, and other operational systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network devices.
  • Respond promptly to IT issues reported by team members and guests.
  • Perform regular checks of servers, network equipment, backups, and other critical IT systems.
  • Create and maintain IT equipment and software inventory.
  • Assist with user account setup, access rights, and basic IT security requirements.
  • Ensure hotel data and systems are properly secured and backed up.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, installations, and new technology implementation.
  • Provide basic IT training and guidance to team members.
  • Support AV requirements for meetings, events, and hotel activities when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT incidents, repairs, equipment, and system changes.
  • Ensure all IT services are provided in accordance with hotel standards and company policies.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the IT Manager.
