IT Manager

About This Role

This IT Manager role involves leading the company's IT department, ensuring seamless IT service delivery, and driving the company's information security strategy. The position requires an experienced professional to own the IT function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, and information security
• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems
• Collaborate with leadership teams to identify business needs and translate them into IT solutions
• Oversee IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
• Maintain and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead information security initiatives, including risk assessments, compliance, and incident management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related escalations and troubleshooting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT roles
• Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, applications, and information security
• Experience with MDM, EDR, and SSO tools, for example: Okta, Kandji, SentinelOne, etc...
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems, advantage
• Knowledge of information security standards, frameworks, and regulations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in budgeting and third party vendors management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
