IT Manager

About This Role

This IT Manager position involves overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and user support. The role is well-suited for a professional with a strong background in both hardware and software, who can ensure compliance with management systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010
• Be a part of setting up new test equipment
• Perform hardware and software debugging on test equipment
• Train new users
• Install new or rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis
• Upgrade administrative tools and utilities
• Configure and add new services as necessary
• Handle backup and restore operations
• Manage Antivirus and Monitoring systems
• Adapt IT controls
• Create, change, and delete user accounts
• Repair and recover from hardware, software, and network failures
• Comply strictly with Company
• Implement management systems and regulations
• Provide Technical Support to end-users
• Solve problems and react quickly to issues
• Administer large enterprise environments

Requirements

• Core competences: VMware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, Citrix
• General knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management Systems standards
• General knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management Systems
• General knowledge of ISO 45001:2015 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• General knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 - Quality Management Systems - Medical Devices
• High leadership capacity
• Experience in personnel management
• Strict confidentiality in handling information within the department
• Compliance with required KPIs for the IT department
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related fields
• 5 years of experience in a similar position (Software and hardware)
• Knowledge of using, installing, and troubleshooting PC, Server, and Network, including Firewall, VMware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, and Citrix
• Strong service-minded attitude
• Good understanding of customer requirements
