This pivotal IT Manager role serves as the technical backbone of the organization, designing and maintaining internal infrastructure to support innovative AI-driven initiatives. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development and deployment, ensuring high availability and scalability
• Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard proprietary AI workflows and sensitive client data, maintaining compliance with industry standards
• Automate internal business processes, including CRM and CMS platforms, to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for network ideation, troubleshooting, security analysis, and quality assurance to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure technical alignment with organizational milestones and objectives
• Oversee procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets for a globally distributed remote workforce

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or related technical operations roles
• Proven expertise in utilizing AI-native workflows for daily operational tasks to enhance speed and quality
• Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong knowledge of automation scripting languages including Python, Shell, or similar tools
• Experience implementing security protocols, identity access management, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment
