IT Manager

About This Role

This IT Manager role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the company's Odoo ERP system and other supporting IT systems, from development and implementation to ongoing optimization. The role suits a candidate with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex IT projects and ensuring the stability and security of the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of Odoo ERP and other supporting IT systems
• Manage IT projects end-to-end (planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation)
• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective IT system solutions
• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, networks, and ERP systems
• Manage IT project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Lead and coordinate the IT team in project execution and daily operations
• Compile and present regular IT project progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT, with 2 years in a Manager position
• Experienced in managing, developing, and implementing Odoo ERP according to business needs
• Possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
• Able to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources well
• Possess good analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, and able to work cross-departmentally
