IT Manager

About This Role

Leading and managing the company's information technology infrastructure is the core of this IT Manager position. You will play a strategic role in developing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that support business operations. This full-time role offers an opportunity to directly contribute to the company's digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team in providing technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting technology infrastructure issues
• Plan, develop, and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business goals
• Manage the IT budget, including expenditure planning, budget optimization, and efficient resource allocation
• Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve operational efficiency and company productivity
• Proactively monitor and maintain network systems, servers, databases, and business applications
• Coordinate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Create regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and improvement recommendations to senior management
• Implement IT governance policies and procedures, including access management and compliance with industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a management or team leadership position
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and database systems
• In-depth understanding of information security, cybersecurity, and best practices in IT governance
• Project management skills, strategic planning, and mature decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members
• Technical expertise in operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and virtualization
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other vendor certifications are a plus
• Experience in implementing digital transformation and IT infrastructure modernization is an added advantage
