About the role
We are currently inviting applications from talented professionals for the position of IT DCS (Delivery Consumable Service) Engineer . This role is instrumental in driving the Organization's technology agenda through the delivery of robust IT infrastructure, network, and cyber security solutions. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, global IT functions, and external service providers to implement innovative technology initiatives, strengthen operational resilience, and ensure full compliance with enterprise IT and information security standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve IT infrastructure, network services, and end-user computing environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network, hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues to ensure service reliability and availability.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize network devices, including switches, routers, wireless networks, and related infrastructure.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives through access management, security patching, vulnerability remediation, firewall administration, and implementation of security controls.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to implement infrastructure enhancements, cyber security controls, and technology upgrades.
- Support IT infrastructure deployment, system implementation, migration, and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of IT services and projects.
- Monitor IT service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, governance requirements, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Maintain technical documentation, asset records, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be work and relocated to Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, IT Operations, IT Security, System Administration, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, wireless networking, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, endpoint management, backup solutions, and IT infrastructure operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, security tools, vulnerability management, cybersecurity controls, or network security solutions is an advantage.
- Experience in IT implementation projects, infrastructure deployment, system migration, automation, or digitalization initiatives will be highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
