Role Overview
This senior individual contributor serves as the lead technical expert, guiding project teams, setting technical direction, and overseeing IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple work streams by identifying needs, developing procedures, gaining cross-functional support, translating business strategies, and removing obstacles to ensure project success.
• Promote self-leadership and team learning through feedback, collaboration, communication, mentoring, and adapting to change.
• Manage IT consultants to develop requirements for process or system solutions across business domains, leveraging stakeholder partnerships.
• Gather comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements using various methodologies.
• Develop and document business cases assessing costs, benefits, ROI, and TCO of complex solutions.
• Guide the evolution of applications and processes, translating current operations into future state models and mapping processes accordingly.
• Assess the impact of requirements on system components and advise executive management on integrating solutions within existing business processes.
• Identify value gaps, recommend process improvements, and lead solution design sessions, advocating for necessary data and services.
• Evaluate third-party vendors and lead continuous process improvements with standardized tools and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or related areas; equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree.
