About This Role
This IT Consultant role involves leading and participating in software development, testing, project management, documentation, and support. The consultant will work with various teams, ensuring efficient data integration, quality software, and continuous improvement, while also deepening their technological expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in code design according to project technical specifications and organizational standards
- Supervise and participate in the design of ETL processes, analyzing data sources and client specific cases to ensure efficient and robust data integration
- Coordinate and collaborate on the development of parsers for IoT devices (such as remote reading meters) and in the construction of APIs related to product implementation and evolution
- Coordinate and execute technical and functional test plans to ensure software quality and correct integration in implementations
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents detected during testing, appropriately escalating and prioritizing critical problems
- Ensure compliance with project plans, anticipating risks and proposing preventive or corrective actions
- Report the status of tasks and relevant milestones to the project manager, providing visibility on progress, obstacles, and solution alternatives
- Collaborate in the definition and validation of technical solutions at the intersection of implementation and development
- Draft and participate in the preparation of user manuals, administrator manuals, and technical documentation necessary for implementations
- Train and support technical and implementation teams to ensure transversal knowledge of the product and its data model
- Manage and resolve queries and incidents arising during implementations and subsequent support phases
- Coordinate the analysis of technical problems between implementation and product teams, proposing functional and technical solutions aligned with the existing architecture
- Propose improvements in development and implementation processes, both methodologically and technologically
- Consolidate and deepen expertise in assigned technologies, acquiring certifications and learning new technologies relevant to the role
- Lead and network with developers, technicians, and implementers, fostering cooperation, technical debate, and mutual support
- Participate actively in the commissioning of developed systems and solutions, collaborating closely with the product and implementation team
- Deeply understand the software's data model and its functionalities, ensuring optimal technical and business knowledge for implementations
- Design and execute implementation plans that meet the client's functional and technical requirements
