About This Role
This IT Consultant role at Tosch involves managing and optimizing customer IT environments, tackling complex technical issues, and independently executing system installations, configurations, security measures, and implementations. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize customer IT environments
- Address complex technical issues
- Install, configure, and secure systems
- Independently execute changes, implementations, and orders
- Contribute to projects and migrations, both remotely and on-site
- Plan and organize your own work activities
- Proactively advise on optimizations, replacement issues, and new solutions
- Identify opportunities for follow-up work
- Collaborate with Senior IT Consultants, IT Specialists, and Service Desk staff to ensure good service delivery
- Build strong, personal relationships with customers and be their trusted point of contact
- Maintain technical documentation
- Engage appropriate expertise for complex issues
- Provide support where needed
Requirements
- Broad technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, workstations, servers, networks, firewalls, and IT infrastructures
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Energy for tackling challenging technical issues
- Ability to independently investigate issues, think in solutions, and achieve results
- Comfortable with freedom and responsibility
- Ability to organize your own work and maintain an overview
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Proactive in advising customers and proposing fitting solutions
