About This Role
This role is for an IT Consultant specializing in Microsoft technologies to join the Customer Success Team. The consultant will work with customers to develop technical concepts for Microsoft 365 implementations and support the technical execution of Microsoft Cloud and IT security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical concepts for Microsoft 365 implementations in collaboration with customers
- Work closely with customers' IT administrators on the technical implementation of Microsoft Cloud and IT security solutions
- Act as the main contact person for customer projects and manage them independently, including communication with stakeholders and coordination with colleagues
- Support the Sales team with technical customer consulting using your expertise
Requirements
- Completed IT apprenticeship, IT degree, or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, in administration, consulting, or implementation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud core services, such as Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and common security functions
- Independently implemented technical solutions, not just accompanied or explained them
- Open, communicative, and able to convey technical matters understandably, both with customers' IT administrators and decision-makers
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach to challenges, structured work, and reliability for your team
