About This Role
This IT Consultant role at Xelen involves leading IT projects for client companies, from project management to overall project leadership. Xelen supports companies in solving business challenges through DX support, the introduction of the latest technologies, and acting as project promotion leaders. The position is for an individual who can drive projects and maximize client business value.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic approaches to lead project direction and maximize client business value
- Contribute to project success by utilizing effective management methods from planning to execution
- Identify project issues early, propose and execute solutions to support smooth progress
- Define and evaluate project quality to ensure desired client outcomes are achieved
- Effectively control multiple vendors and execute projects within budget
Requirements
- Four-year university degree (Bachelor's)
- IT consulting experience or PM/PL experience in IT projects

Important Details
- Schedule: Discretionary labor system between 7:00 and 22:00 (core time: 11:00-15:00)
- Holidays: Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays

Application Process
- Initial stage: Primarily engage in project promotion tasks
- After gaining sufficient experience in project promotion, aim for a Senior Consultant career by refining skills in gathering information on the latest technologies and selecting/utilizing appropriate tools based on project objectives and conditions
Training and Development
- Consultant mindset/skill training by former McKinsey consultants and others
- Skill training by Salesforce/ServiceNow/SAP specialists
- Support for various qualification acquisitions
