Your Contribution:

• You are responsible for the internal cost allocation of Group IT – from calculating transfer prices to coordinating with the group companies and closely collaborating with Group Finance and Controlling.
• You manage the commercial aspects of our hosting business and develop cost models, billing logic, and offers for our internal customers together with a team member.
• You take over the invoice verification and ordering process as a central interface to Group Procurement and act as process owner for our hardware leasing.
• You are responsible for the contract and vendor management of Group IT, optimize mobile and line costs, and actively participate in C5 and ISO audits.
• You provide professional guidance to several colleagues, ensure the quality of their results, develop them in their topics, and also train our apprentices and working students in day-to-day business.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a commercial or administrative environment, ideally in a corporate context, with demonstrably very good results in interfaces to IT, Controlling, or Purchasing.
• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration with good to very good academic performance underscores your professional claim.
• A secure, practical understanding of billing, budgeting, and ordering processes, as well as a pronounced strength in structuring, clarifying, and continuously improving processes – complemented by confident handling of common commercial tools and systems.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, with which you communicate precisely, understandably, and appropriately with national and international stakeholders.
• Enjoyment of professional leadership and the development of junior staff, a responsible, structured working style, and a professional, appreciative demeanor; a training certificate (AdA) is an advantage.
