About The Role We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to manage and modernize our internal IT environment. This pivotal role extends beyond traditional IT administration, focusing on strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, automating workflows, managing endpoint security, and implementing AI-driven tools to enhance internal operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring our IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and optimized for innovation, supporting our mission to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that transform employee support and productivity.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Systems or Infrastructure Administration. Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online, is essential. The candidate must have strong proficiency in managing identity lifecycle, access controls, governance, and security policies. Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance enforcement, as well as managing Microsoft Defender security policies and endpoint protection, is required. Additionally, proficiency in Python scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills are mandatory. Prior experience managing a fleet of Windows-based laptops and familiarity with Zoho applications (or a willingness to learn) will be advantageous. The ability to evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and automation solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Manage identity lifecycle, access controls, governance, and security policies to ensure compliance and security.
• Oversee Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance enforcement, and endpoint security.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender security policies to safeguard organizational assets.
• Handle provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows-based corporate laptops.
• Address software and hardware provisioning requests, troubleshoot IT issues end-to-end, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain operational automations using Python and other scripting tools to streamline workflows.
• Create scripts and API integrations to automate repetitive IT processes and reporting workflows, enhancing efficiency.
• Administer Zoho applications, with prior experience preferred; a willingness to learn is required.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and automation solutions for internal use, supporting the company's innovation initiatives.
• Assist with reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and deriving performance insights to optimize IT operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, IT asset tracking, and uphold operational best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
