IT Administrator

About This Role

This IT Administrator role ensures the smooth day-to-day IT operations at AutoProff, helping colleagues with their daily IT needs while managing devices, systems, networks, and security. The role takes ownership of IT operations at AutoProff and collaborates closely with the AutoScout24 Employee Tech team in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operation activities and provide user support with incidents and change requests
• Administrate and support state-of-the-art IT ecosystems (End-user devices, SaaS and on-premises applications, unified communication, meeting rooms, network equipment etc.)
• Be end-to-end responsible for managing the lifecycle of every IT asset (procurement strategy, budget, device setup and decommissioning) while maintaining up-to-date software and hardware asset management systems
• Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
• Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet objectives
• Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems
• Document processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
• Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures
• Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
• Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
• Act as a primary local IT point of contact
• Maintain local IT stock, ensure equipment is available when needed

Requirements

• Relevant IT education or vocational/apprenticeship background
• 4+ years of experience in IT administration, support or a similar role
• Solid experience with IT systems, networks, system security and IT administration
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Jamf, Intune, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, including AD, SSO and MFA, ideally with Okta
• Knowledge of network technologies including routers, VPN and Wi-Fi, ideally with Cisco
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
