IT Administrator

About This Role

This IT Administrator role involves planning, developing, and operating IT infrastructures, as well as optimizing IT infrastructure and workplace services across the group. The position suits a professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure and a desire to actively shape the digital future of the company.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the planning, further development, and operation of IT infrastructures (OnPrem, Hybrid-Cloud (Azure), IaaS, SaaS)
• Optimize IT infrastructure and workplace services across the group as part of implementing strategic guidelines
• Conduct infrastructure projects (e.g., migrations, rollouts, network optimizations)
• Administer and maintain existing systems within the scope of second-level support
• Monitor compliance with security and quality standards and legal requirements in the IT sector
• Manage and coordinate IT service providers

Requirements

• Successfully completed training in system integration or a degree in (business) informatics and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of operating IT infrastructures (OnPrem, Hybrid-Cloud (Azure/Entra), IaaS, SaaS)
• Experience in operational IT security, networking, and managing IT service providers is desirable and advantageous
• Knowledge of M365
• Knowledge of IT security standards and data protection
• Analytical mindset, independent and structured way of working
• Strong team and communication skills
