About This Role
This role is for an IT Administrator to join the Barbora TECH teams, managing Microsoft 365 services and supporting IT operations. The position suits a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious environment and is keen on improving processes and security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Intune), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Own and maintain the IT Assets lifecycle, including ordering, preparing, configuring, onboarding, and offboarding devices
- Provide onsite and remote support for issues related to networks, computers, access rights, and general IT troubleshooting
- Implement, maintain, and improve security solutions, including endpoint, identity, and data protection
- Create, update, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to support operational consistency and compliance
- Monitor internal systems and proactively address incidents or performance issues
- Automate and integrate internal workflows to improve efficiency across departments
Requirements
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, identity management, and core IT administration practices
- Experience with Windows and macOS workstation setup, troubleshooting, and configuration
- Good knowledge of network fundamentals (LAN/WiFi, VPN, DNS, routing, basic firewall concepts)
- Familiarity with implementing and maintaining security tools (endpoint protection, MFA, conditional access, vulnerability tools)
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow structured IT processes
- At least 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar technical support role

- Experience with Terraform, Git, Python, or other scripting/programming languages
