Important Details
- Locations: designated customer sites (Kanagawa, Tokyo)
- Schedule: 9:00 to 18:00
- Overtime: approximately 20 hours per month
- Special overtime clause: up to 13 hours per day, 90 hours per month (6 times per year), 720 hours per year for customer system troubleshooting
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 126 days
- Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer vacation
- Paid annual leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment
- Employment period: no fixed term
- Probation period: 3 months, with same working conditions
- Age limit: up to 64 years old (due to retirement age of 65)
- Retirement age: 65 years old
