Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.
The work model for the role is:
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of Managed File Transfer (MFT)
- Identifying, analyzing and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities in Microsoft IIS and MFT service
- Overseeing preparation and maintenance of operational documentation for the MFT and IIS services
- Assuring the MFT and IIS services are being delivered according to agreed Service Levels and quality
- Monitoring and troubleshooting MFT for any transfer failures and reviewing system logs
- Collaborating with Hosting suppliers and vendors regarding MFT and IIS service operations and related incidents resolution
- Working with Architects, Information Security Teams, Connectivity and other groups on updating the design of MFT solutions
- Reviewing and validating MFT related Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Keeping up to date knowledge regarding / emerging technology and industry practices, bringing learning into ABB
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience working on IT infrastructure running in Cloud (Azure, GCP or AWS)
- Deep understanding of various Operating Systems, focusing on MFT and Microsoft IIS
- Azure or GCP Foundational level certification will be good to have
- ITIL Certification will be preferred
