Now Hiring: Senior Technical Lead – IS Applications Development We’re actively seeking a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in application development, data platforms, and application security.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex applications development and systems analysis initiatives from requirements through implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex or novel problems.
- Develop and modify applications, system logic, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers/analysts.
- Drive secure development practices and enterprise compliance requirements.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
- Full-Stack Development – Strong experience with React (front end) and Flask (back end), with experience developing both with and without AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
- Data Foundation – Hands-on experience with Databricks and PostgreSQL.
- Application Security – Experience with SD Elements and implementing security countermeasures to meet enterprise Secure Development (SD) requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in application development or a specialized technical discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
