iOS Developer (Swift)

About This Role

This iOS Developer role focuses on modernizing and optimizing a banking application, building new user-centric features, and ensuring engineering excellence. It suits a developer with strong Swift experience who can collaborate with various teams and solve complex production challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to cleaner, modularized code
• Improve app performance, responsiveness, and memory management
• Design and implement new, user-centric features that make banking easier for millions of customers
• Champion best practices through code reviews, automated testing, and proactive refactoring of legacy components
• Partner closely with Backend, Product, and UX/UI teams to turn business needs into high-performance technical solutions
• Tackle production challenges head-on, ensuring the platform is stable, secure, and reliable

Requirements

• Bachelor ’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field
• 4+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift
• Mastery of MVVM and Coordinator patterns
• Proficient in Clean Architecture and large-scale Modularization (dynamic frameworks/libraries)
• Deep expertise in Combine, Swift Concurrency (Async/Await), and Diffable DataSources
• Advanced experience with Swift Package Manager (SPM) and dependency injection patterns

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience integrating advanced features like OCR/eKYC or AI-driven chatbots
