About This Role
This iOS Developer role focuses on enhancing the security of a mobile banking platform, implementing vulnerability fixes, and developing secure, scalable, and high-performance iOS applications. The position is for an experienced developer who will support security remediation initiatives for applications used by millions of banking customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement security patches and vulnerability fixes in iOS applications
- Conduct secure code reviews and ensure adherence to mobile security best practices
- Participate in security audits, penetration testing remediation, and vulnerability assessments
- Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance iOS mobile applications
- Implement secure data storage, encryption, and network communication mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with security, architecture, and backend teams to deliver secure mobile solutions
Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional mobile application development experience
- Proven experience developing enterprise-grade iOS applications
- Experience in security vulnerability remediation and secure coding practices
- Banking, fintech, or other security-critical application experience is advantageous
- Strong expertise in iOS application development
- Experience designing and implementing robust mobile client solutions with a focus on security and performance
- Strong understanding of secure data persistence and mobile networking
- Knowledge of network security protocols and secure mobile architectures
- Experience developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications
- Deep understanding of OWASP Mobile Security principles and secure coding practices
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML2, and JWT
- Experience with security testing, vulnerability management, and remediation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
