About The Role The Investment Sales Senior Officer works closely with Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers to identify business opportunities, assess client needs, and recommend suitable investment and wealth solutions. This role serves as a subject matter expert, providing market insights, product expertise, and client advisory support while helping drive exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers to identify investment and wealth management opportunities.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable investment solutions aligned with their financial goals.
- Accompany Relationship Managers on client meetings and sales calls to provide expert investment advice.
- Monitor market trends, analyze their impact on investment products, and share insights with the team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while enhancing customer experience and service quality.
