Investment Banking Analyst

About the Role

Investment Banking Analyst supporting capital raise, M&A advisory, and growth-stage financing engagements. Work directly with senior bankers, clients, and live transactions across multiple sectors.

What You Will Do

• Build financial models including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO analyses
• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and management presentations
• Conduct industry research, target screening, and competitive landscape analysis
• Support transaction execution including data room management, diligence, and process tracking
• Participate in client meetings, investor calls, and internal deal discussions

What We Are Looking For

• Background in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline (current students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals all welcome)
• Foundation in financial analysis or modeling, with willingness to develop technical skills through hands-on work
• Strong attention to detail and genuine curiosity about capital markets, M&A, and transaction structures
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and excited about working in deal environments
