Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, including valuation, DCF modeling, and equity research.
Assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch books, and other materials for clients.
Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in creating complex financial models using tools like Excel or similar software.
0-1 year of experience in investment banking or related field (private equity).
Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts such as capital structure optimization and financing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA, CFA (Level I/II), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Prior internship or experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Valuation is an advantage.
