Our client is a boutique investment bank headquartered in China, specializing in M&A, licensing transactions and financing within the healthcare and life science sector. To date, it has completed more than 100 transactions, with a total deal value exceeding US 8 billion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research and analysis on global life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other specialized healthcare sectors.
- Support the deal team by preparing business plans and building financial valuation models for client companies.
- Conduct research and prepare reports using databases such as
Wind
and
S&P Capital IQ.
- Assist in organizing domestic and international healthcare conferences and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's students (or recent graduates) preferred, with a background in Life Sciences, Medicine, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the healthcare and life sciences industry, with enthusiasm for investment banking and finance.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to write professional reports in English.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
