Investment Banking Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage Equity Capital Market (ECM) transactions
Lead / support M&A transactions (buy-side & sell-side)
Handle Open Offers, PIPE deals, and Preferential Issues
Structure and execute CCPS / CCD instruments
Work on acquisition of listed companies, including regulatory and strategic aspects
Coordinate with investors (AIFs, PMS, Family Offices, Institutions)
