About This Role
Joining a values-driven ASX-listed financial services organization, the Investment Analyst will use their analytical skills and attention to detail to help the Investment Management team succeed. This role supports the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of Fiducian's investment portfolios and external investment managers. Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance, market data, and asset allocation while preparing investment reports and supporting Board and Committee reporting
- Develop and maintain investment reporting tools and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data management and meaningful investment insights
- Support the assessment and ongoing monitoring of investment managers, respond to adviser inquiries, and provide investment information to key internal stakeholders
- Build effective relationships with fund managers and service providers while contributing to investment presentations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum two years' experience in investment analysis, funds management, or a similar role within the financial services industry, supported by tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Sound understanding of investment markets, portfolio performance, and financial products, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
