This Investigator role is for a TCOLE certified peace officer with a strong understanding of the Texas Penal Code, the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, and the legal system. The Investigator will conduct criminal investigations related to auto theft, burglary of motor vehicles, and similar offenses within a 26-county task force region. The position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, working collaboratively with various local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
The employee will be required to work around and/or under motor vehicles, salvage yards, equipment, and trailers.
